Due to the full house brought to us by Columbus Day, we decided to break cupping protocol and move it outside. And it was awesome! We did a blind tasting of Finca Nueva Armenia from Guatemala, Finca Mauritania from El Salvador (new house coffee!) and Haru from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Though all three were incredible, the favorite of all who stopped by to ask questions and taste was Finca Mauritania. We’re super excited to have this coffee readily available in the French Press as our house coffee!
