OUR CURRENT PROJECT is the expansion of our new wood-fire commercial kitchen centered around
a “terre blanche” French-clay wood-fire oven.
The goal is to add a public entrance to the lower-level of the kitchen to have wood-fire cooking classes (pizza class, or bread baking classes), small chef-driven private cellar dinners, and the ability to make more delicious, affordable, healthy local food.
